  1. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE
Apptech Solutions and Adopt Me Values strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any attempt to create, share, solicit, or facilitate such content or behavior is banned and will result in immediate action, including account termination.
  2. Reporting & In-App Feedback
Users can report concerns directly in the app via Settings → Help & Safety → Report abuse or by email at [email protected]. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
  3. How We Address CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we act in line with our policies and applicable laws: we promptly remove the content, preserve relevant data, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
  4. Law & Policy Compliance
Adopt Me Values complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the regions where we operate.
  5. Enforcement
Violations may lead to immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent ban. We may restrict features, block devices, or escalate to authorities when necessary.
  6. Definitions
    • CSAE: conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child (e.g., grooming, sextortion, trafficking).
    • CSAM: any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
